How to Set Up Sprint Autopay Online
To enroll in auto pay, you have to sign in to your Sprint account. If you do not have an account, you can register one easily. Follow the below link to visit the login page to set up autopay.
Type your username and password, then click Submit to log in to your account. You can see the instructions to enroll in autopay in your account dashboard. If there is any unpaid balance, you have to clear it before enrolling in the autopay.
Sprint Autopay Discount
Sprint offers a discount exclusively for its autopay enrolled customers. The discount is $5 per month/line. Not every customer enrolled with autopay may not be eligible for this discount. The discount is available only for selected plans. If your plan is eligible for a discount, the discount will be automatically applied to your bill every month after enrolling in the autopay.

If you are using a prepaid reward card issued by Amex for making the payment, it cannot be used for automatic payment.
Canceling Autopay
For cancellation of Sprint automatic payment, log in to your account first. Then click on Cancel Autopay and follow the instructions.
